Framework Agreement for Contracted Training Services in 11 Lots

Summary

GRETB is procuring contracted training services to be delivered in Ireland over four years and intends to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement with an estimated maximum value of EUR 30 million. The procurement is divided into 11 lots: business and administration, finance, management, sales and marketing, entrepreneurship and media skills; information technology and engineering skills; engineering, manufacturing, science, technology and built-environment skills; health, family and social-services skills; hairdressing, beauty and complementary-therapy skills; transport, distribution and logistics skills; food and beverage, tourism, sport and leisure skills; agriculture, horticulture, mariculture and animal-science skills; personal, general learning, language, sampling and arts skills; research and education/training skills; and security, guarding and emergency-services skills. Bidders may submit tenders for all 11 lots. Up to five providers may be appointed to the framework for each lot. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 14:00.
