Property management partner

Summary

The tender concerns property management partner services for Hammaröbostäder. Working closely with the contracting authority, the partner will manage the internal and external operation of its property portfolio: maintaining outdoor areas, buildings and technical systems, including heating, ventilation and water systems, electrical installations, fire alarms, cooling, and control and monitoring systems; monitoring energy use; providing cleaning and technical call-out services; inspecting apartments; and handling fault reports when required. The scope may be adjusted during the contract in line with the parties’ cooperation and the approved budget. The estimated total value is SEK 42,000,000. This is a negotiated procedure with a call for competition. The deadline for requests to participate is 6 November 2026, and three candidates will be selected for the next stage. No tender guarantee is required, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance. Tenderers must have the legal form of an AB; detailed qualification and compliance requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
