Comprehensive laundry services, including linen rental

Summary

The procurement is for a comprehensive laundry service at ONN hospital sites, including linen rental. The work covers washing hospital linen and the buyer’s non-system linen, repairs and ironing as needed, collection and return of linen, and delivery to individual departments in Náchod, Broumov, Jaroměř, Opočno, Nové Město and Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The six-year framework agreement has a maximum value of CZK 132,306,000 and will be awarded to one provider. Evaluation assigns 80% to the price for 12 months, excluding VAT, and 20% to the quality of staff-linen samples; the 12-month price must not exceed CZK 26,500,000 excluding VAT. Samples are assessed for crease resistance, transparency, fit, and feel and comfort when worn; the buyer’s staff will use them during one work shift.
