Motorised tool repair services – Husqvarna, STIHL, BCS and other manufacturers

Summary

The procurement covers diagnostics, repair and technical maintenance of motorised tools used in the Plovdiv area for 36 months. Work includes replacing parts and assemblies where needed, and the contract is divided into four lots: Husqvarna, STIHL, BCS and tools from other manufacturers. For example, the Husqvarna lot covers 18 chainsaws, 25 brush cutters, 4 pole pruners, 25 lawn mowers, 4 angle grinders and 1 ride-on mower; the STIHL lot covers 8 chainsaws, 3 brush cutters and 1 motorised sprayer; and the BCS lot covers 9 rotary mowers. The other-manufacturer lot lists a motorised welding unit, 2 motorised sprayers, 2 generators, a rotary snow blower, a pressure washer, 2 self-propelled lawn mowers and a branch shredder. Repair and maintenance will cover both existing tools and tools purchased during the contract. The total estimated value is EUR 10,800; the estimated values of the lots are EUR 6,000, EUR 800, EUR 2,800 and EUR 1,200 respectively. Price is the only award criterion. The bid submission deadline is 5 November 2026. Upon signing the contract, the successful contractor must provide a performance guarantee equal to 7% of the maximum contract value for the relevant lot.
