Appointment of Psychiatrists for Provincial Mental Health Services

Summary

The tender concerns psychiatric services for seven provincial mental health services in Ath, Charleroi, Courcelles, Mons, Colfontaine, Tournai and Mouscron. Each lot covers a 48-month framework agreement, with a maximum of one framework contractor selected per lot. The maximum total value across all lots is EUR 3,164,631.60. Bids must describe how the psychiatrist will organise their work within the institution and how multidisciplinary work will be organised, and include a price for additional psychiatric expertise outside the services covered by the contract. These criteria carry weights of 40%, 40% and 20%, respectively. The proposed psychiatrist must hold a medical degree, have completed specialist training in psychiatry, provide proof of registration with the medical professional body and hold authorisation from the Belgian Federal Public Service for Public Health to practise medicine.
