Summary

The procurement covers periodic technical servicing and repair of 12 vehicles, including the supply of necessary spare parts, materials and consumables, for 12 calendar months. The work includes preventive maintenance as well as routine and major repairs. The estimated contract value is EUR 14,800. The bidder must have at least one specialist with the required technical education or equivalent qualifications, suitable repair and diagnostic equipment, the ability to arrange vehicle recovery, and a service facility in Elena Municipality. At least one similar service must have been completed during the preceding three years. Qualification information must be provided in the European Single Procurement Document, together with the required evidence. Bids are evaluated on three factors: the price of one scheduled service (20%), the hourly repair labour rate (40%), and the discount on spare parts, materials and consumables (40%). The hourly rate must not exceed EUR 16, and both the service price and hourly rate must be greater than zero; the discount must be greater than 0%. Bids must remain valid for 90 days. No bid guarantee is required.
