Supply and installation of a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system for the HITMOBIL laboratory

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, commissioning, adjustment and testing of one heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system for Laboratory 1, part of the HITMOBIL Competence Centre. The contractor must train at least three of the buyer’s employees and provide warranty support for at least 12 months, including the supply of necessary parts, materials and consumables. The equipment must be delivered within six months of contract signature; installation and commissioning must be completed within 30 days after delivery, and training within five days after installation and commissioning. The bidder must have completed at least one similar supply and/or installation contract in the previous three years and provide evidence when required. Price is the only award criterion. On signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value excluding VAT. The estimated contract value is EUR 81,520.67, and the tender submission deadline is 2 November 2026.
