Periodic Supply of Office Stationery and Office Supplies

Summary

The procurement covers periodic supplies of office stationery and office supplies to Kyustendil Municipality and its budget-funded subordinate entities for 24 months. Deliveries will be made against orders and accepted at the final recipient’s premises; the contractor bears the delivery costs. Products offered must meet or be equivalent to the technical requirements and comply with applicable environmental requirements. The estimated total value is EUR 174,200 excluding VAT, including an option for additional products worth up to EUR 40,200 excluding VAT. The contract period is 24 months. Tenders are evaluated on the basis of the lowest total price; unit prices must be quoted in euros to two decimal places. To qualify, bidders must demonstrate relevant deliveries worth at least EUR 67,000 during the preceding three years and turnover of at least EUR 134,000 in the contract field during the last three completed financial years.
