Fixed Telecommunications Services for the Ministry of Interior

Summary

This procurement covers fixed telecommunications services for Bulgaria's Ministry of Interior throughout Bulgaria: geographic fixed telephone service, ISDN BRA connections supporting two simultaneous calls, ISDN PRA connections supporting 30 simultaneous calls, SIP trunks supporting 20 simultaneous calls, and related services. The services must ensure continuity of operations and work with the contracting authority's existing communications infrastructure; replacement equipment is not part of the procurement. The contract will run for 60 months or until the funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first. Its estimated total value is EUR 2,556,420. The tender submission deadline is 6 November 2026.
