Maintenance and Spare-Parts Supply for Fixed Contamination Monitors

Summary

The procurement is divided into four lots for preventive and corrective maintenance and the provision of critical spare-parts stocks for the fixed contamination-monitoring equipment at the Cernavoda nuclear power plant. The equipment is made by MIRION (RADOS), NuviaTECH INSTRUMENTS and Thermo Fisher Scientific. The work also includes spare parts for corrective maintenance; Lot 1 additionally includes manufacturer repairs of detectors, RFID software for RTM monitors and training for at least 10 staff members lasting at least four working days. The effective service period is 48 months, within a contract lasting 49 months from its entry into force. Bidders must meet the turnover and recent similar-experience requirements for the lots concerned, submit a tender guarantee, and the successful contractor must provide a performance guarantee. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation and the warranty period for corrective maintenance and replaced parts accounts for 10%. The warranty must be at least 12 months; 36 months receives the maximum warranty score. The submission deadline is 26 October 2026 at 15:00.
