Print environment management services for Ostrava University Hospital

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive management of the print environment at Ostrava University Hospital and three of its outlying sites for five years. The work includes repairing, maintaining, replacing and managing printing equipment, as well as replacing toner, ink, ribbons and other related supplies. The estimated contract value is CZK 52,156,066.67. One contract extension is possible; its detailed terms must be checked in the tender documents. Bids will be assessed on total price (70%), the discount offered against maximum equipment prices by category (15%), and the percentage of the invoiced price provided as substitute performance supporting the employment of people with disabilities (15%).
