Supply of ventilators with maintenance and consumables

Summary

The procurement has two lots. Lot 1 covers the supply of two ventilators, and Lot 2 covers two transport ventilators. For either lot, the supplier must also provide consumables for four years from conclusion of the framework agreement and preventive and corrective maintenance for seven years from handover of the equipment. The framework agreement will run for four years. Tenders will be assessed by the lowest final total price, excluding VAT, for each lot, taking account of the equipment, four years of consumables and seven years of preventive maintenance. A tender may cover up to two lots; variants are not allowed, and tenders must be submitted electronically. The tender must remain valid for six months.
