Maintenance and repair of heating and ventilation systems in Hainaut school and administrative buildings

Summary

The contract covers maintenance and breakdown repairs for heating and ventilation systems in school and administrative buildings of the French Community and SPABS Hainaut in the province of Hainaut. The contractor must provide the necessary supplies and materials, transport, labour and other resources required to perform the work. This is a services contract divided into six geographical lots; all lots have the same scope and run for 48 months. A bidder may submit offers for up to six lots. Normally, no more than two lots may be awarded to one bidder, although the contracting authority may award more depending on the number of compliant bids in order to ensure services are delivered in every area. Bids must be submitted electronically and electronically signed by 19 October 2026 at 11:00. Bids must remain valid for 570 days, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
