Cybersecurity training courses

Summary

The contract covers specialised cybersecurity training delivered over four years by recognised training providers. The courses must prepare participants for a GIAC certification or an internationally recognised certification considered equivalent in the relevant field. Bids must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 14:00. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation; the remaining 60% is allocated to certification preparation, trainer quality, training methodology and course materials. Prices must be quoted in euros, including VAT, with no more than two decimal places.
