Design and Designer’s Supervision for Phases 2 and 3 of Benešova Avenue Regeneration and the Rear Buildings

Summary

The tender covers design services for phases 2 and 3 of the regeneration of Benešova Avenue in Hradec Králové, together with the designer’s supervision. The design work concerns the north-western and north-eastern garages with green roofs, the walkways and canopies in those areas, and the walkways and canopies of the rear buildings. It also includes preparing documentation for demolishing the garages, carrying out the related administrative work, obtaining the demolition permit and preparing the documentation for carrying out the demolition. An intensive green roof of approximately 7,500 m² is planned above the new garages. The estimated contract value is CZK 12,500,000. Tenders will be evaluated on price (50%), whether the proposed intensive green-roof designer holds a valid landscape architecture authorisation (20%), and the relevant experience of the lead building designer (30%).
