Supply of Surgical Stapling Devices and Cartridges

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of surgical stapling devices and cartridges, divided into eight lots for three hospitals in Hungary. A total of 7,611 items are to be supplied over 24 months using a consignment stock; after the base quantity is used, the buyer may increase the volume of each product group by up to 30%, but is not obliged to do so. Bidders may tender for one or more lots. The detailed technical specifications are in the tender documents, and each tender must include a Hungarian-language product description demonstrating compliance. Tenders are evaluated on price and quality: price carries a weight of 60–80%, depending on the lot, and specified technical features of the devices and cartridges are also assessed. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 4 November 2026. No tender guarantee is required. Bidders must demonstrate the required volume of previous supplies of surgical stapling devices and cartridges, and the offered medical devices must have the required conformity documentation.
