Supply of medicinal products to the Janov sanatorium for tuberculosis and respiratory diseases

Summary

The tender concerns the regular supply of medicinal products to the Janov sanatorium for tuberculosis and respiratory diseases. The medicines are divided into seven lots: products for the digestive system and metabolism, and for the genitourinary system; blood and blood-forming organ products, and cardiovascular medicines; respiratory medicines; anti-infectives and antiparasitic medicines; nervous system medicines; hormonal, cancer, immune, musculoskeletal and sensory-organ medicines; and dermatological and other medicines. The selected supplier must deliver directly to the contracting authority’s premises in Mirošov under a framework purchase agreement for 36 months. The estimated total value is CZK 14,063,500 excluding VAT and includes a 10% option to amend the contractual obligation. A bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all seven lots. Offers are evaluated separately for each lot, with price as the sole award criterion: the lowest total price excluding VAT is successful. Offers must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 12:00. No bid guarantee is required, variants are not permitted, and electronic invoices must be used during contract performance.
