Supply of a robotic surgical system

Summary

The contract is for the supply of one robotic surgical system for operating room 4 in the central operating theatres of Oblastní nemocnice Kolín. The estimated value is CZK 157,570,000 and the planned duration is 12 weeks. Bidders must provide a tender guarantee of CZK 1,170,000 and the technical and consumables tables required by the tender documents. The bid must include an operating manual addressing environmental impact and resource use, maintenance and spare parts, together with a declaration on warranty terms and spare-parts availability. The successful bidder will be responsible for installation, staff training, assessing user needs and providing recommendations to optimise electricity consumption. Bids will be evaluated on life-cycle costs (70%) and technical level (30%); life-cycle costs cover equipment supply, eight years of post-warranty servicing and four years of consumables supply.
