Project management services for the Sint-Jan campus master plan

Summary

Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg is procuring 72 months of specialist expertise, coordination and project management for the Sint-Jan campus master plan and its related construction projects. The provider will lead and coordinate the programme, manage links between projects and key milestones, monitor schedules, budgets and risks, and critically review studies, designs, cost estimates and tender documents. The provider will also advise the client, make recommendations to management and liaise with the funding authority, VIPA. The bidder must have an average annual turnover of at least EUR 200,000 over the last three completed financial years and submit a turnover declaration supported by annual accounts or equivalent evidence. The precise reference requirements must be checked in the tender documents. The bid must include a methodology and approach note of no more than eight A4 pages and name the proposed Senior Masterplan Manager, whose experience will also be assessed in an interview lasting up to 45 minutes. The award criteria are price (40%), methodology and approach (20%), the manager’s quality and relevant experience (20%), and the interview (20%).
