Cleaning services for dormitories and canteens

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive cleaning services for Charles University’s dormitories and canteens in Prague. The work includes cleaning and replenishing hygiene-product dispensers, but the supply of hygiene products is not part of the contract. The contractor must use environmentally friendly and health-safe cleaning methods and products and sort waste in an environmentally responsible way. Cleaning quality will be assessed using key performance indicators (KPIs). The contract will be awarded to one supplier for 48 months, with an estimated value of CZK 16 million. The award criteria are weighted as follows: total price for cleaning, 60%; guaranteed wages above the minimum hourly wage, 15%; experience of team members, 15%; and experience with a KPI system, 10%. Bids must be submitted electronically; alternative bids are not permitted, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance. The bid submission deadline is 2 November 2026 at 10:00.
