Supply of special winter and summer police uniform suits

Summary

The procurement covers at least 15,300 special winter and summer police uniform suits, divided into four lots. The lots comprise dark-blue, olive-green and black winter suits (at least 4,000 items); summer suits in the same colours (at least 8,300); black winter suits for police academy cadets (at least 1,000); and black summer suits for cadets (at least 2,000). The estimated total value is EUR 4,505,000 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11 November 2026. Each lot has a 12-month contract term, with deliveries made against orders: the first order will request 60% of the contract quantity, to be delivered within 150 days; the remaining up to 40% may be ordered as needed, with each such delivery due within 90 days. The contracting authority is not obliged to order the remaining quantity. For each lot, the compliant bid with the lowest unit price per suit wins. The unit-price ceiling is EUR 437.50 for Lots 1 and 3 and EUR 225 for Lots 2 and 4. Bidders must submit an offer meeting the technical requirements and provide samples. No bid guarantee is required; the contract-performance guarantee is 10% of the contract value. A possible 30% advance payment requires a guarantee covering the advance amount.
