Out-of-warranty maintenance and repair of vehicles for the Sofia Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior

Summary

The procurement covers out-of-warranty maintenance, servicing and repair of motor vehicles used by the Sofia Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior. The work includes supplying the necessary spare parts, materials and consumables, mileage-based vehicle maintenance, and recovery of broken-down vehicles. Services will be provided at the contractor’s service centre or centres in Sofia City and/or Sofia Province for 12 months. The estimated contract value is EUR 385,350. Bids are evaluated using four price elements: labour per service hour (40%), one vehicle maintenance service (30%), the mark-up on spare parts and materials (25%), and the recovery price per kilometre (5%). Bidders must demonstrate at least one similar service completed during the previous three years, access to a service facility with the specified equipment, and at least one suitably qualified technician or mechanic. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the maximum contract value.
