Processing non-recyclable waste from recycling parks

Summary

The procurement covers the processing of non-recyclable waste collected at recycling parks in MIROM Roeselare’s service area. The waste comes from households and similar business waste streams and is classified under Eural code 20.01.99. It is collected in containers and transported to the processor’s site by MIROM Roeselare or carriers appointed by the contracting authority. The tender is divided into 60 lots. The planned service period starts on 4 January 2027 and generally ends on 31 December 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14:30 on 3 November 2026. Evaluation weights are 75% for price, 15% for service flexibility and 10% for the procedure for dealing with rejected loads; price assessment adjusts the per-tonne price for the contracting authority’s transport costs. A rejection procedure will be assessed for cases where contamination accounts for at least 5% of a load’s weight, except for asbestos. Participation requires relevant waste-processing permits and evidence of experience. A 5% guarantee and electronic invoicing are also required.
