Topographical surveys and quantity surveying 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers various types of topographical surveys, quantity surveying and the preparation of BIM models in the Brussels-Capital Region for 2027–2030. The work may concern buildings, public spaces, structures and tunnels, and may be carried out at the programming, design, construction or as-built stage. The services will be procured under a framework agreement with one economic operator; some work will be paid for on a time-and-materials or actual-cost basis. Price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 5 November 2026. Tenderers must also review Corrigendum No. 1 and its annex.
