Nížkov Municipal Building

Summary

The tender is for an architectural and design competition for a municipal building in Nížkov. Proposals must either convert an existing rural building into a municipal building or provide for a new building, and also address the adjoining public spaces, particularly the village square. The competition is open, anonymous and held in a single stage. Proposals will be assessed on the quality of the architectural and urban design, functional and material solutions, the reasonableness of investment and operating costs, energy efficiency, and the proposal’s suitability for the brief and feasibility. The total prize fund is CZK 600,000: CZK 300,000 for first place, CZK 200,000 for second place and CZK 100,000 for third place. Participation expenses will not be reimbursed. The contracting authority intends to negotiate a contract for design documentation and related services with selected participants. The submission deadline is 15 January 2027 at 14:30. The graphical part must also be delivered in paper form to the Nížkov Municipal Office by the same deadline.
