Short-notice cleaning services in compulsory and vocational schools

Summary

The procurement covers cleaning services required at short notice in Vienna's compulsory and vocational schools. It is divided into five lots: Vienna districts 1010, 1020, 1060, 1070, 1080, 1090, 1150, 1160, 1170, 1180, 1190 and 1200; districts 1030, 1040, 1050, 1100 and 1110; districts 1120, 1130, 1140 and 1230; districts 1210 and 1220; and vocational schools across Vienna. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to five partners for each lot. The planned term is 48 months from conclusion, with an anticipated start date of 1 January 2027. Estimated workloads are 58,000, 100,000, 65,000, 100,000 and 130,000 hours for Lots 1 to 5 respectively. Bids may cover one or more lots, but partial bids within a lot and alternative bids are not permitted. Price is the only award criterion: the hourly price excluding VAT will be compared. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9:00 a.m. on 27 October 2026. The deadline for questions is 12:00 noon on 16 October 2026. Bids must remain valid for five months.
