Provision of global banking services

Summary

Impact Fund Denmark is procuring an integrated global banking solution to consolidate and modernise services currently delivered through separate banking relationships. The solution is to cover custody account services, cash management, foreign exchange, escrow services where required, onboarding, KYC/AML checks, compliance screening, transaction monitoring and reporting. The contract will run for four years, with two possible 12-month extensions on unchanged terms. The tenderer must have average annual turnover of at least USD 5 billion according to its latest three available annual financial statements, and equity of at least USD 10 billion according to its latest available statement. Consortium members may meet the requirements jointly. A completed ESPD and a signed declaration under Appendix 10 must accompany the tender. Evaluation gives 30% to price, 40% to operational capability and country coverage, and 30% to credit facilities and foreign-exchange execution. Before the award decision, the intended awardee must provide the required information-security and business-continuity evidence, including an ISO/IEC 27001 certificate or equivalent, a recent SOC 2 Type II or ISAE 3402 report, and a SWIFT security-programme attestation.
