Technical and organisational support for Environmental Programme and Just Transition Programme events, 2027–2029

Summary

The procurement covers technical and organisational support for events held in 2027–2029 under the Environmental Programme and the Just Transition Programme. Services include arranging meeting rooms and equipment; interpretation into English, whether simultaneous, consecutive or AI-assisted; recording or streaming meetings and producing transcripts; catering, transport, accommodation bookings where needed, and event moderation. Events include monitoring committee meetings, meetings of implementation bodies, conferences, seminars and workshops. The estimated contract value is CZK 12,892,561.98. Bids must be submitted electronically by 08:00 on 2 November 2026 and remain valid for 180 days. During contract performance, the contractor must comply with employment, fair remuneration and occupational health and safety laws, including in relation to subcontractors, ensure comparable contract terms for subcontractors and pay them on time. Environmental requirements include reducing waste and environmental impacts; using recycled or recyclable materials where feasible; serving food and drinks in reusable tableware or biodegradable tableware certified to EN 13432:2000; reducing and sorting catering waste; enabling waste sorting at events; and serving coffee and tea bearing a required fair-trade certification.
