Framework agreement for transaction and strategic advisory services

Summary

The procurement will establish a four-year framework agreement with up to ten suppliers for transaction and strategic advisory services. It will end earlier if the financial ceiling of CZK 250,000,000 excluding VAT is reached. The advice and assistance will support the resolution of financial market crises, including assessing and arranging the transfer of business to a private acquirer, a bridge institution or an asset management entity, and assessing business reorganisation plans. Specific assignments will be competed electronically among framework agreement participants through mini-competitions. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 5 November 2026. The award criterion is the lowest average hourly rate excluding VAT, and up to ten suppliers with the lowest prices will be selected. During performance, the supplier must ensure lawful employment and fair and decent working conditions for workers, and must pay subcontractors’ invoices properly and on time; contractual penalties apply for breaches.
