Supply of technological equipment, machinery and laboratory equipment

Summary

The procurement covers equipment and machinery for a water and wastewater infrastructure development project in Călărași and Ialomița counties, divided into three lots: (1) technological equipment, including sewer-cleaning and inspection systems and water-leak detection equipment; (2) vehicles and machinery, including a CCTV inspection vehicle, combined high-pressure washing and vacuum tankers, backhoe loaders, drinking-water testing vehicles and wheel loaders; and (3) laboratory equipment, including measuring, testing, sterilisation and water-purification equipment. The estimated values excluding VAT are RON 4,382,024, RON 30,205,238 and RON 2,854,175.73 respectively. Bidders may tender for up to three lots and may be awarded up to three lots. Delivery is required within 12 months. The warranty must be at least 24 months; a 36-month warranty receives the maximum 15 technical points, while price accounts for 85 points. Tenders must be submitted electronically through SEAP by 24 November 2026 at 15:00. Bidders must meet the turnover, previous-supply experience and management-system requirements applicable to the lots they tender for and provide the required bid security. During delivery, the contractor must comply with the do-no-significant-harm principle and climate-change adaptation requirements.
