Continuing education services for the employment sector

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement covering services related to continuing and further education for the employment sector on behalf of Erhvervsakademi Aarhus. The services include identifying skills needs, developing training activities and providing supplementary services for unemployed people to help improve employment prospects. The contract is divided into three lots: management; communication, sales and customer experience; and IT and digital marketing. Training will comprise 5- or 10-ECTS subjects from the relevant academy programmes, corresponding to the six-week self-selected training format for unemployed people. The framework agreement will run for 48 months and include up to three providers. Bidders must have at least one comparable reference involving cooperation with job centres and unemployment insurance funds. Tenders will be evaluated on quality (85%) and price (15%); quality assessment will consider, among other things, staff experience, collaboration networks and the proposed approach to developing and delivering training services.
