Framework agreement for spare parts and repair services for earthmoving machinery

Summary

The procurement is for a four-year framework agreement to supply spare parts and provide repair services for three earthmoving machines used by the Bacau Forest Roads Maintenance Unit: a Hitachi ZX210LCN excavator, a Hamm H12i compactor roller and a CAT 120M motor grader. The procurement is divided into three lots; tenders may be submitted for up to all three lots, and one contractor will be appointed under the framework agreement for each lot. The total framework ceiling is RON 1,553,227: RON 574,014 for Lot 1, RON 389,640 for Lot 2 and RON 589,573 for Lot 3. Price is the only award criterion.
