Framework agreement for the supply of printed materials

Summary

AZ Sint-Lucas is seeking a framework agreement for printed materials and copying services for 2027–2030. The procurement has two lots: supply of printed materials and copying services. Tenderers may bid for both lots and may be awarded both; the total framework ceiling is EUR 334,413.73, comprising EUR 266,844.51 for Lot 1 and EUR 67,569.22 for Lot 2. Orders will be placed repeatedly according to the hospital’s needs, and the framework agreement will have one contractor. Tenders will be evaluated on price (50%), print quality (25%) and flexibility in delivery time (25%). Samples must be submitted for quality assessment and must meet at least the quality level of the printed materials currently used by the hospital; tenders scoring less than half of the available quality points will be excluded from further evaluation. Tenderers must meet the financial-standing and production-capacity requirements, provide Dutch-language support, submit at least three comparable references and have a continuity plan. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 2 November 2026, and electronic invoicing is required.
