Data Center Service 2027

Summary

The procurement is for a secure, flexible and automatable data center operations and platform service. The service must ensure continuity and enable Höglandet’s IT environment to be modernized gradually; the platform should make systems and workloads more standardized, automatable and transferable between delivery models. The estimated contract value is SEK 65 million and the contract duration is 7 years. This is a negotiated procedure with a call for competition. The deadline for requests to participate is 30 October 2026, and the contracting authority will shortlist 3–4 candidates for the next stage. Applications must be submitted electronically, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
