Maintenance of technical installations for the City of Nivelles and its Public Social Welfare Centre

Summary

The tender covers maintenance services for the technical installations of the City of Nivelles and its public social welfare centre, divided into five lots: boilers and domestic hot water production; gas-fired air heaters and convectors; air conditioning and heat pumps; air treatment and ventilation; and gas leak detection. Services are scheduled from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with three renewals for each lot. For Lot 4, the social welfare centre’s air treatment systems are under contract until 31 March 2028, so no intervention is planned in 2027 and only two interventions are planned in 2028. Tenderers must demonstrate the required turnover for each lot bid for and submit the European Single Procurement Document. Bids must be submitted electronically; price is the only award criterion.
