Acquisition and outfitting of eight INT/PRIO/NTP vehicles, with a maintenance contract

Summary

The procurement covers the acquisition and outfitting of eight INT/PRIO/NTP vehicles, together with a maintenance contract. It is divided into three lots: vehicle supply, vehicle conversion or outfitting, and maintenance services. Bidders may submit tenders for and be awarded all three lots. For the maintenance lot, the bidder must have at least three workshop employees responsible for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Tenders are evaluated separately by lot on price and quality or performance time: for vehicle supply, price carries 35%, integrated safety systems 45%, and delivery time 20%; for vehicle conversion, price carries 35%, completion time 45%, and equipment warranty period 20%; for maintenance, price carries 60% and the time to take in a vehicle and complete routine maintenance 40%. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for 90 days. An electronic invoice is required during contract performance.
