Supply of drinks, snacks, vending machines and water dispensers

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of drinks, snacks, vending machines and water dispensers in Belgium. The seven lots include, among other items, sweet and savoury snacks, coffee and related accessories, cold drinks, mains-connected and bottled-water dispensers, and vending machines for cold drinks and snacks. Products in Lot 3 must be suitable for the Douwe Egberts machines already in use. The framework agreement is planned for four years and may include up to 100 economic operators. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 10:10 on 9 November 2026. Price and quality are award criteria; the detailed evaluation is set out in section 10.3 of the tender documents. Electronic invoicing is required, and electronic catalogue submission is permitted.
