Maintenance and repair services for servers, disk systems and communications equipment

Summary

The procurement covers 36 months of management, monitoring, administration and out-of-warranty maintenance services for servers, a disk system and communications equipment. The equipment includes a high-performance, redundant virtualisation platform, an autonomous disk subsystem, SAN and LAN communications environments, and uninterruptible power supplies. In the event of a fault, the contractor must receive the fault report, diagnose the equipment and arrange repair, spare parts or replacement of defective equipment. Services will be provided at the contracting authority’s administrative building in Sofia. The estimated value is EUR 75,920 excluding VAT, and price is the only award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 and remain valid for four months. Bidders must have completed at least one similar service in the previous three years and hold an EN ISO 9001:20xx or equivalent quality management certificate. The successful bidder must provide a contract performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value excluding VAT when signing the contract.
