Infusion solutions (2026–2030)

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of medicines, including infusion solutions, to the Masaryk Oncology Institute from 30 October 2026 to 30 September 2030. The required medicines, strengths and package sizes are set out in Appendix 2 of the tender documents, and the contract terms are in Appendix 3. The buyer may adjust the actual quantities by up to 50% in either direction and reserves the right to extend the contract once by three months. The bid price must not exceed CZK 13,816,800 excluding VAT; the estimated value including reserved contract changes is CZK 20,725,200 excluding VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, and bids will be evaluated through an electronic auction. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 9 October 2026. Contract performance requires compliance with employment law, timely payment of subcontractors and measures to reduce environmental impact.
