Environmental radioactivity sampling and measurement programme 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns radiological monitoring in Belgium in 2027–2030: periodic sampling of the atmosphere, land, water and food chain, followed by radioactivity measurements. The work also includes monitoring liquid discharges from nuclear and other sites. The procurement is divided into two regional lots: the first covers Wallonia, Brussels and the agricultural area around Givet; the second covers Flanders, Brussels and the coastal region. Each lot is planned to run for 42 months from 1 July 2027. A bidder may submit an offer for and be awarded no more than one lot. Offers are evaluated on price (35%), the quality assurance system (40%), availability and description of equipment (10%), the strategy for managing access to sampling sites (10%), and capacity for accelerated performance (5%). Offers must be submitted electronically; the deadline stated in the notice is 15 October 2026 at 14:00. The contracting authority issued a correction clarifying the price calculation and revising parts of the technical requirements and the submission deadline. Bidders should prepare their offers using the corrected tender documents and the new price inventory.
