Supply of food, drinks and other catering products through a central purchasing platform

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of food, drinks and other catering products for the kitchens of the Ath Social Welfare Centre for 2027–2028. Product categories include, among others, meat and poultry, drinks, frozen goods, bakery products, potatoes, fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, dairy products, special-diet products, and dry and grocery items. The supplier must provide an electronic purchasing platform through which the buyer can view the catalogue, place orders, track deliveries and consult purchase history. Kitchen management, menu planning and meal-production management services or software are not included. This is a framework agreement with one supplier and a maximum value of EUR 1,239,669.42; it may be renewed once. The bid must demonstrate at least three food-supply references from 2023–2025, each worth at least EUR 200,000 per year excluding VAT, and include food-safety authority approval or registration, or equivalent proof. Bids will be assessed on price (50%), product range (25%), logistics and delivery times (15%), and quality, traceability and sustainability commitments (10%). Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 16 October 2026 and remain valid for 120 days.
