Maintenance of green spaces at SPI buildings and properties

Summary

The procurement is for maintaining the grounds and green spaces around SPI buildings and properties under a four-year framework agreement with a maximum value of EUR 600,000. The work includes lawn mowing, hedge and shrub trimming, cleaning circulation areas and collecting leaves. Additional work may be ordered when needed, such as tree maintenance or felling, creating or renovating flower beds and lawn work; separate quotations may be required. The contractor must schedule the work, use qualified staff and include supplies and travel costs for planned maintenance in its prices. The offered price for a journey under 30 km must not be below EUR 10, and the price for a journey over 30 km must not be below EUR 15, excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically and include a EUR 3,750 tender guarantee. Bidders must demonstrate average turnover of at least EUR 600,000 and provide three relevant references valued at approximately EUR 300,000 each.
