Public realm and building works at Library Square, Ringsend

Summary

The tender covers redevelopment of the public realm and roads around Library Square in Ringsend across approximately 0.5 hectares, as well as construction, refurbishment and extension works at Ringsend Library covering approximately 600 m². The works include realigning Irishtown Road, reconstructing and repaving Library Square and Fitzwilliam Street, installing high-quality stone paving, landscaping, improving sustainable drainage, and realigning and upgrading utilities.
