Rooftop solar power plants for the City of Úsov

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of rooftop solar power plants in the City of Úsov: a 43.68 kWp system on the cinema building and a 39.13 kWp system on the health centre, for a combined installed capacity of 82.81 kWp. Battery storage must be provided as specified in the project documentation and technical conditions; surplus electricity may alternatively be stored for domestic hot water and then exported to the grid. This is a restricted procedure: requests to participate must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 29 October 2026, and the contracting authority intends to invite at least five candidates to submit tenders. A tender security of CZK 100,000 is required and may be provided as a bank guarantee, cash deposit or guarantee insurance. Evaluation assigns 80% to the tender price excluding VAT, 15% to the response time for defects that prevent proper use of the works, and 5% to the response time for other defects.
