Electricity procurement following EPK

Summary

The contract covers the supply of electricity to MFB-Ingatlanfejlesztő Zrt. from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 on a full-supply basis, with no obligation to submit delivery schedules. The total contracted quantity for the three-year term is 12,312,000 kWh, or 4,104,000 kWh per year. Actual annual consumption may range from 80% to 120% of the contracted quantity, namely 3,283,200 to 4,924,800 kWh. No quantity surcharge applies within that range; the tender documents set the settlement rules and any applicable surcharge if consumption falls below or exceeds those limits. Offers must be submitted electronically. Price is the only award criterion, and the positive Spread value in EUR/MWh will be compared. The electricity price is fixed in HUF/kWh using the Hungarian central bank’s euro exchange rate from the day before price fixing. Bids may not be submitted in lots. To participate, bidders must, among other things, demonstrate at least one electricity trading or supply reference involving at least 1,500 MWh per year.
