Green space maintenance for De Medemens

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of De Medemens’ green spaces in five lots: childcare locations and care homes grouped by region. It is a framework agreement with a maximum overall value of EUR 1,045,454.53. The award scores are: price 60 points; work schedule 10; environmental friendliness 5; transparency and realism of the price calculation 10; social aspects 10; and rates for additional services 5. The work schedule must accommodate the facilities’ operations and the hours 08:00–17:00. Examples of environmentally friendly methods include electric tools, low-noise leaf blowers and reduced use of fuel-powered equipment. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for 90 days. A site visit is not mandatory, but is recommended unless the company has previously worked at the specific De Medemens site. Visits can be arranged separately on request. Bidders must meet the requirements concerning three comparable references, evidence of financial capacity and a VCA certificate or equivalent document. For additional services, bidders must list the work they can provide and give hourly rates excluding VAT. If subcontractors are used, their names must be disclosed, and the bidder remains responsible for coordinating the service.
