Supply of furnishings for new buildings at the Bekon site

Summary

The tender covers the supply of interior furnishings for three newly built facilities at the Bekon site in Hrádek nad Nisou: an archive, a polyclinic and a sports centre. The work includes transporting the furnishings into the rooms and carrying them inside, assembly and installation, minor ancillary building work such as connecting kitchens, and cleaning the designated rooms. The furnishings must meet the technical requirements in the tender documents. The supplier must provide certificates confirming the health safety of the structures and materials used, warranty documents and technical data sheets, as well as user and maintenance manuals and workshop drawings for custom-made interior items where applicable. Furnishings for the archive and sports centre must be delivered by 28 February 2027 at the latest, and those for the polyclinic by 30 March 2027. The estimated contract value is CZK 17,495,475 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically; no tender guarantee is required. The bidder must complete and submit the buyer’s binding draft purchase contract as part of its bid. During contract performance, the supplier must ensure timely payment to subcontractors and comply with employment laws, including rules on remuneration, working hours, rest periods and the employment of foreign nationals.
