Major repair and rehabilitation of municipal road GAB 3307 in Tryavna Municipality

Summary

The contract covers major repair and rehabilitation of 6.984 km of mountainous municipal road GAB 3307 in Tryavna Municipality. The works include supplying materials, labour and equipment and carrying out road construction, including removal of the existing pavement and laying new asphalt, earthworks and road-shoulder works, culvert and retaining-structure works, and traffic management. The design also includes gabion retaining walls and reinforced-concrete walls. The technical specification and design define the full scope; the planned contract period is 360 days, and the works are subject to warranty obligations. Bidders must hold the required road-construction registration, have total turnover of at least EUR 7.4 million and construction-sector turnover of at least EUR 3.7 million over the last three completed financial years, and have completed at least one comparable road or street construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or major repair project during the previous five years involving at least 28,000 m² of asphalt-concrete paving. The bid must include a project-specific strategy for quality and timely delivery, together with consistent technical and price documents. Price is the only award criterion.
