Purchase of servers and server accessories and operational rental of servers

Summary

The procurement covers servers and server accessories in two lots: Lot 1 is for the purchase of servers and accessories, while Lot 2 is for the operational rental of servers without a purchase option. Each lot has a 48-month contract period; the total framework agreement value may be up to EUR 2,561,000. Up to three suppliers will be appointed, and a bidder may submit for and be awarded up to two lots. Price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 22 October 2026 at 13:00 and remain valid for 180 days. Bidders must demonstrate the required server delivery or rental experience, a repair team of at least five French-speaking technicians, and manufacturer authorisation to sell the proposed equipment.
