Business incubator premises and parking area works

Summary

The procurement covers construction works in two lots in Pivka. Lot 1 involves converting the former bank and pizzeria premises at Kolodvorska 14a and 14b into a business incubator, including business premises, offices, co-working areas, meeting rooms and necessary ancillary and technical spaces.
